What Hurtie is
Hurtie is a self-help app published by Rosini Solutions, Switzerland. It offers a guided 90-day journey, check-ins, private notes, a moderated community and an optional AI companion for adults going through a breakup, a divorce, loneliness or another emotional loss.
Hurtie is not a medical device and does not provide therapy, diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace a psychologist, a doctor or emergency services. In a crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old. By starting the journey you confirm your age and accept these terms, the community rules shown in the app and the privacy policy.
Your content
What you write stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store, sync and show it to you and, for community messages, to moderate, translate and show them to other members. You can export or delete your content at any time from the app.
The community
Be kind. Harassment, hate, scams, sexual content, requests for contact details and anything that puts someone at risk are not allowed. Messages are checked before they are published; we may remove content and suspend accounts that break the rules.
The AI companion
The AI companion is optional and only works after you agree that what you write is processed by an external AI provider. Its answers can be wrong or incomplete; they are not professional advice.
Plans and payments
Hurtie Free is free. Premium plans are described on the plans page and in the subscription terms, which are part of these terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Hurtie available and safe, but we cannot guarantee it will always work without interruption. We may change features or these terms; important changes are announced in the app before they apply.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rosini Solutions is not liable for indirect damage or for decisions taken based on the content of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by Swiss law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Questions: hello@rosinisolutions.com.
